Project „Cycling to Hamburg’s Schools“ brings new substance and more diversity in sports education
In cooperation with the Department of Education and Sport and the German Cycling Federation (BDR), Vattenfall Europe Hamburg Corp. launched the school-targeted project "Cycling to Hamburg’s Schools" in early 2007. The sport of cycling should not only be conceived as an appealing and interesting addition to sports education, but also become a well-integrated and sustained key element. Alongside education and training offers, the technical support as well as facilitation of sports education classes will be focal points of the project.
The Vattenfall School Cup represents the annual culmination of the project.
